Turin
In the late nineteenth century Turin was blessed by the presence of four saints in quick succession: St. John Bosco, his charge St. Dominic Savio, St. Joseph Cafasso, and St. Benedict Joseph Cottolengo, whose "Little House of Divine Providence" has now operated as a hospital for over a century with no regular financial support, relying entirely on the benefactors sent by Providence to provide for the costs of its daily charities. |

Pisa
There is more to see in this city than just the famous Leaning Tower. Notably, the cathedral and baptistery which happen to be attached to it, and are impressive for their art and not just for their lack of orthogonality. |
